Alan qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London. Over the last 30 years he has been extensively involved in international trade, property investment, development and finance He founded Oakbridge in 2004.

Mike worked for a number of large accountancy firms before joining the Wrengate Group. He has been closely involved with Oakbridge since its formation.

Ron has been a director of Oakbridge since inception and is a member of the Credit Committee

For over 35 years Will has been actively involved within banking, specialising in property, and successfully developing and managing relationships with investors and developers, from individuals to commercial and larger corporates.

He has also worked within Risk and as a loan underwriter and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of risk that affect Oakbridge and our clients.

Colin has over 40 years’ experience in property funding within high street banks, specialist lending operations and more recently with “Challenger Banks”. He has assisted with the setting up of 3 new lending operations and most recently implemented within a Challenger Bank a serviced driven successful “short term lending” function. Over this period, he has built up relationships with introducers and clients based on offering excellent service and building long term business relationships.

Colin is based at our Welbeck Street office in London.

Guy has spent over 38 years working for a UK Building Society/Bank in various business development / management roles. He has developed strong links with business introducers in the South East where has spent most of his working life and in more recent years in the City. Guy is based at our Welbeck Street office in London.

Chris has 19 years’ experience in the mortgage sector including, latterly, 10 years working for a UK Building Society as tier 1 underwriter and most recently as National Market Relationship Manager. Chris is focussed on developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our introducer partners across England (excluding the South East) and Wales. Chris is based at our Manchester Office.

Joanne has 20 years’ experience in financial services having previously worked for a specialist debt management company, a national secured lending finance broker and more latterly for a leading UK Building Society.

Joining Oakbridge in 2014 Joanne is a key part of our operations team and is responsible for administering documents to clients and liaising with solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders to ensure a swift process from application to the drawdown of funds, priding herself on excellent customer service and organisational skills.

Joanne is also CeMAP qualified and can give regulatory advice on regulated bridging cases.

Since finishing her university degree in Global Business Management, Nicola has been actively involved across the group property acquisition, letting and finance businesses. Her areas of responsibility include marketing and new relationships. She is CeMap qualified.
